The Quiet Practice
A 12 Month Private Mentorship
for Coaches More Interested in Creating Actual Clients Than Constantly Churning Out Content or Building Complicated Funnels
The practice you meant to build before the marketing circus got you – grounded in a quiet mind, filled through real relationships.
Two Coaches Journal
On the Same Day
You already know which one you’d want as your coach.
You already know which one you’re capable of being.
Coach A Writes:
"Beautiful day, actually. The connection call this morning – I loved her, I think I really helped her, we're already talking again next week. Two coaching sessions today that felt really impactful. Grateful for my growth!! Still can't quite believe this is the work I get to do."
Coach B Writes:
"Spent ten hours on a content funnel today, and I still don't know if the women I'm trying to reach – the ones drowning in other people's expectations and ignoring their own needs – will ever see it. Feels like I built the whole thing for an algorithm instead of for them."
A Story I Don’t Usually
Tell On Landing Pages
My coaching business was doing multiple six-figures a year – me spinning on the marketing carousel the entire time, feeling unable to ever step off.
I had a Master's in Coaching and Training. Certifications in NLP and systemic constellations. Solution-focused everything.
I could whip up a positioning strategy or diagram a client's limiting belief before they finished the sentence. On paper, I was extremely qualified to help people succeed in business or feel better in life.
And, a lot of the time, I felt like garbage.
Not collapse-on-the-floor garbage. Just a low, humming kind of heaviness inside. The kind where your calendar is a wall of back-to-back client slots, and somewhere underneath all of it you’re thinking: "If I know this much about how minds work, why can’t I fix mine?"
I flew to Oslo in early 2014 to sit in a room with two teachers (students of Sydney Banks – he discovered the Three Principles), who spoke so slowly I thought they might fall asleep mid-sentence. And one of them said something that undid me in about four seconds:
"The most stressful thing a human being can do is to constantly think about themselves and how they’re doing in the world."
I sat with that in my hotel room that night and realized: that’s all I did. All day. Every day. With a revved-up mind. Think about myself. Judge myself. Optimize myself. Perform. For clients who were doing the exact same thing to themselves, and paying me to help them go faster and further.
It took years – another full collapse in 2023, business and health and relationship all at once, the kind of year you don’t put in a bio – and a 5-month sabbatical before I deeply understood what I now build every part of my work around:
Your life, coaching practice included, will only ever be as steady and enjoyable as the mind you’re building it from.
Not your niche. Not your marketing. Not your twelve-part email sequence. Not your Instagram reel-and-post strategy.
Your mind.
During this time, I also realized...
There is another way to build a successful coaching practice that doesn't have to include constant visibility.
There is a calmer, quieter way.
If You're Reading This,
I Don't Need to Guess Much About Your Week
You’ve done the certifications, probably several. You’ve learned from the great teachers, read the best books. You are, by any reasonable measure, skilled.
And yet.
You’re still writing website copy at 11 pm because you don’t trust yourself to know what to say about what you do. You created yet another freebie or built a new funnel you don’t quite believe in … because someone told you that’s how it’s done now.
You've been doing this a while now – three years, maybe ten.
You send the newsletter. You've run the webinars and the workshops, online and off. You post on social media because you're supposed to. You've made the videos and online courses, and maybe even written the book.
You do get clients. But if someone asked which of the thousand things you did actually brought them in, you couldn't tell them – it feels like a mystery, genuinely unpredictable.
On a good month, that probably adds up to €1–3k. You are not looking to become a millionaire coach, but what you actually need, just to cover your costs and live a halfway comfortable life, is closer to €6–10k.
You didn’t get into this work to become a marketer.
You got into this work because you saw something true about what’s possible for people, and you couldn’t not build a life around it.
As hard as building a thriving coaching practice feels, the part you love is the human beings you connect with … the relationships you get to have with them.
The Quiet Practice
A 12-Month
Private Mentorship
For exactly FOUR beautiful souls
I’ve done my time in online marketing (thirty years if you count my time in advertising as a digital strategist) and spent more than fifteen years coaching coaches – helping people build successful practices that don’t require them to perform a version of themselves they don’t recognize.
I've also spent years (and a small fortune!) learning from amazing mentors like Michael Neill, Aila Coats, and Sam Wilde who taught me that a coaching business doesn't have to be built through hustle, funnels, or force.
It can be created – one real relationship at a time, from a mind quiet enough to actually see the person in front of you.
I built this program from two places at once.
The first is The Prosperous Coach, Steve Chandler and Rich Litvin's work on being of service and creating clients via impactful conversations instead of attracting or chasing them – their thinking about genuine relationships over marketing runs straight through everything here.
The second is the Three Principles understanding I’ve lived inside of for well over a decade – the one that says your experience is never coming from your circumstances – it’s coming from thought, in this moment, and that a quiet mind isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s where your best next move actually comes from.
This isn’t just information. It's so much more than that. It's a space for you to bring your actual practice, your actual client work, your actual fears about money and reaching out to people – and build the thing for real, with someone who’s going to tell you the truth this year.
Real Clients.
Real Words.

What Twelve Months
Actually Looks Like
Real conversations, real proposals, real momentum – no content calendar required.
01 The Ground
Before we touch your offers or your outreach, we deal with the mind you’re building your practice from. We find where you’re getting distracted by too many ideas or running on urgency instead of presence – where “I should be doing more” has quietly become the engine of your business. This is the phase where most practice-building falls apart, because most people skip it. We won’t.
Alongside that, we lay the concrete groundwork most coaches are never actually taught:
– Your signature offer, and the flexible version for clients you want to meet halfway
– How to actually set your fees – and when to hold firm, when to bend
– Simple, practical ways to track what's actually working in your business
02 Serve, Don't Sell
This part is about building a reliable rhythm you show up to every single week – the thing you actually do, consistently, to create new clients and re-enroll the ones you already have. It's never about convincing anyone or selling to them. It's about serving humans, creating real conversations, and giving people the chance to feel the impact of your coaching 'in the flesh' – not read about it, not watch a video about it, actually experience it.
This is the thing you'll be doing differently than the usual online crowd – creating clients (in your own unique energy and way) instead of masses of draining content. It's where Chandler and Litvin's framework stops being theory and becomes your second nature, every week:
– Connecting: reaching out to someone (or a group of people) you'd genuinely love to work with, no pitch, no agenda
– Inviting: asking them to actually experience your coaching, not just hear about it
– Serving: giving real value in that moment, with zero attachment to what happens next
– Proposing: making a clear, honest offer, and letting them say yes or no
03 After the Yes
Getting a client was never the finish line – it’s just the opening scene. Most coaches pour everything into the first yes, and then get distracted exactly when the relationship needs them to step up and lean in. We build your instinct for ongoing impact and the conversations that come after the yes: the check-ins that move the needle between coaching sessions, the re-enrollment that feels like a loving invitation instead of a transaction, and the small, unglamorous systems that keep your practice running smoothly.
Alongside that, we get concrete about the three other things that keep a practice full:
– Re-enrollment conversations with clients – the natural next chapter, not a hard pitch
– Referral systems – happy clients becoming your best, unpaid marketing
– Little hacks to keep your clients engaged and invested, even between live sessions – the small touches that make people feel seen and taken care of
04 Your Voice, Out Loud
By now, your Connect–Invite–Serve–Propose rhythm is running pretty smoothly. You have real stories – actual transformations sitting in your inbox and your memory, perhaps going almost entirely unused. This is the phase where you learn to share about what you do so specifically that people stop scrolling. Where you get in front of rooms, real or virtual, and let your voice fill them, creating a felt experience of what you do. Where the client and coaching stories you’ve been too humble to use become the most persuasive thing you own.
This part is optional – for the visibility you still want, once the real work is already working. Not funnels. Not freebies. Just two things that actually move people:
– "Finger-pointy" storytelling/writing (especially if you don't have a niche)
– Public speaking, virtual workshops, and filling small groups

What This Is Not
- This is not a course. There is no learning portal, no module library, no “watch this by Friday.” This is a close, personal mentoring experience.
- This is not a template. I will never hand you a copy-paste funnel and call it a business. Together we'll create your bespoke system, from your wisdom.
- This is not for everyone – structurally, not as a marketing tactic. I’m taking four people because the work is genuinely different with each person in front of me, and I only have room to support four coaching practices this deeply this year.
Who This Is For
-
You’re a coach, consultant, or mentor with real training, interested in real results for your clients – you’re not starting from zero.
-
You’re tired of strategies that don’t sound like you, offers that don’t feel like you, and content calendars built for an algorithm instead of a human being.
-
You want a practice that can hold both your clients’ hardest moments and your own life, without one eating the other.
Who This Is Not For
Looking for a Shortcut
This is not for you if you’re looking for a quick fix, a pre-written script, or a guarantee of a certain number of clients by a certain date. This process is potent and rewarding, and it takes time, attention, and patience.
Thinking Instead of Doing
This is not for you if you're more about developing concepts than taking actual steps, even if they're uncomfortable. The learning comes via the doing and reflecting together on the times you stumble and the times you nail it.
Not Currently in the Work
If you’re not currently coaching or seeing clients in some form (paid or not), this is not for you. This is for people already doing the work, ready to do it at full capacity – or who've coached before and want to get back on the horse.
