Two Coaches Journal
On the Same Day

Coach A Writes:

"Great day, actually. The connection call this morning – I loved her, I think I really helped her, we're already talking again next week. Two coaching sessions today that felt really impactful. Grateful for my growth! Still can't quite believe this is the work I get to do."

Coach B Writes:

"Spent ten hours on a content funnel today, and I still don't know if the women I'm trying to reach – the ones drowning in other people's expectations and ignoring their own needs – will ever see it. Feels like I built the whole thing for an algorithm instead of for them."

You already know which one you’d want as your coach.
You already know which one you’re capable of being.

A Story I Don’t Usually
Tell On Landing Pages

My coaching business was doing multiple six-figures a year. Me? I was spinning on the marketing carousel the entire time, feeling like I could never step off. I had a Master's in Coaching and Training, certifications in NLP and systemic constellations. Solution-focused everything.

I could whip up a positioning strategy or diagram a client's limiting beliefs before they finished the sentence. On paper, I was extremely qualified to help people succeed in business or feel better in life.

And, a lot of the time, I felt like garbage.

Not heaps-on-the-floor garbage. Just a low, humming kind of heaviness inside. The kind where my calendar was a wall of back-to-back client slots, and somewhere underneath all of it I'm thinking:

"If I know this much about how minds work, why can’t I fix mine?"

I flew to Oslo in early 2014 to sit in a room with two teachers (early students of Sydney Banks – he discovered the Three Principles), who spoke so slowly I thought they might fall asleep mid-sentence. And one of them said something that undid me in about four seconds:

"The most stressful thing a human being can do is to constantly think about themselves and how they’re doing in the world."

I sat with that in my hotel room that night and realized: that’s all I did. All day, every day, with a revved-up mind. Think about myself. Judge myself. Optimize myself. Perform.

Shortly after, I saw I didn't have to do that; I could have a quieter mind. That one insight changed my life, filling my being with deep inner peace.

It took another full collapse in 2023 (business, health, and relationships all at once  the kind of year you don’t put in a bio), and a 5-month sabbatical before I deeply understood what I now build every part of my work around:

My life, coaching practice included, will only ever be as steady and joyful as the mind I'm building it from.

Not my niche. Not my marketing. Not a multi-part email sequence. Not some reel-and-post strategy.

My own mind.

During this time, I also realized there's another way to build a successful coaching practice that doesn't require constant hustle and visibility.

There is a calmer, quieter way.

If You're Reading This,
I Don't Need to Guess
Much About You

You’ve done the certifications, probably several. You’ve learned from the great teachers, read the best books. You are, by any reasonable measure, skilled.

And yet...

You’re still writing website copy at 11 pm because you don’t trust yourself to know what to say about what you do. You're thinking about yet another freebie or building a new funnel you don’t quite believe in because someone told you that’s how it’s done now.

You've been doing this a while. Three years. Maybe ten.

You send the newsletter. You've run the webinars and workshops. You post on social media. You've made the videos or online courses, and maybe even written the book. Now they're saying you need new strategies for an AI world.

So much noise.

Is the market shrinking? Are people investing less? You genuinely don't know.

You do get clients. But if someone asked which of the many things you did actually brought them in, it would be hard to tell them – it feels like a mystery, genuinely unpredictable.

On a good month, that probably adds up to €2–3k. You're not looking to become a millionaire coach, but what you need to cover your costs and live a halfway comfortable life is closer to €6–10k. (Or, you're already making the big numbers but burning yourself out marketing!)

You didn’t get into this work to become a marketer.

You got into this work because you saw something true about what’s possible for people, and you couldn’t not build a life around it.

As hard as building a thriving coaching practice feels, the part you love is the human beings you connect with – the relationships you get to have with them.

Care and trust are your superpowers. ❤️
You want less content, more real human presence.

The Quiet Practice
A 12-Month Private Mentorship

For Exactly Four Amazing Humans

I've done my time in online marketing (thirty years if you count my time in advertising as a digital strategist) and spent more than fifteen years coaching coaches – helping people build successful practices that don't require them to perform a version of themselves they don't recognize.

What I've learned: a coaching business doesn't have to be built through hustle, funnels, or force. It can be created – one real relationship at a time, from a mind quiet enough to actually see the person in front of you.

This program is built on two things I've lived and tested: that best clients are created through real conversations, not content. And that a quiet mind isn't a nice-to-have – it's where your perfect next move actually comes from.

This isn’t just information. It's so much more than that.

This is a space to bring your actual practice, your actual client work, your actual fears about money and reaching out to people – and build the thing for real, with someone who's going to tell you the truth this year.

What Twelve Months
Actually Looks Like

Real conversations, real proposals, real momentum – no content calendar required.

01 The Ground

Before we touch your client creation system, we deal with the mind you're building your practice from – where "idea distraction" or "I should be doing more" has become the engine of everything you do. This is the phase most practice-building skips. We won't.

Alongside that, we lay the groundwork – your offer, your fees, and simple ways to track what's actually working in your business.

02 Creating Clients

This is the reliable weekly rhythm that creates and re-enrolls clients – never by convincing or selling, but by letting people actually experience your coaching, not just hear about it.

It's the core thing you'll do differently than the usual online crowd: creating conversations, instead of churning out content. The framework becomes second nature – connect, invite, create – until it's just how you move.

03 After the Yes

Getting a client was never the finish line – just the opening scene. A lot of coaches pour everything into the first yes, then pull back right when the relationship needs them most.

We build your instinct for what comes after: the in-between check-ins, the re-enrollment that feels like an invitation instead of a pitch, and the systems that quietly keep a practice full.

04 Slowing Down

Most coaches run on insecurity and urgency – speaking too fast, acting too fast, forcing a pace that pushes people away. Or they swing the other way and never actually ask. Here, we build the emotional maturity to slow down: real effort in the real work, without needing to see results right away.

Concretely: cleaner invitations, real reflection after each conversation, and a clear read on where your impact actually lands.

What This Is Not

  • This is not a course. There is no learning portal, no module library, no "watch this by Friday." This is a close, personal mentoring experience.
  • This is not a template. I will never hand you a copy-paste funnel and call it a business. Together we'll create your bespoke system, from your wisdom.
  • This is not for everyone  structurally, not as a marketing tactic. I’m taking four people because the work is genuinely different with each person in front of me, and I only have room to support four coaching practices this deeply this year.

Who This Is For

  • You're a coach, consultant, or mentor with real training, interested in real results for your clients – you're not starting from zero.
  • You'd rather be in deep conversation with your clients – learning, every day, how to make a bigger impact – than spend half your working week marketing.
  • You want to coach real people with real problems and challenging situations – not just someone chasing a profitable niche.
  • You're tired of strategies that don't sound like you, offers that don't feel like you, and content calendars built for an algorithm instead of a human being.
  • You want a reliable system for creating clients – one that feels good in your body instead of wrecking your nervous system, and lets you actually know where your next client is coming from instead of guessing.
  • You want a practice that can hold both your clients' hardest moments and your own life, without one eating the other.

Who This Is Not For

Looking for a Shortcut

This is not for you if you’re looking for a quick fix, a pre-written script, or a guarantee of a certain number of clients by a certain date. This process is potent and rewarding, and it takes time, attention, and patience.

Thinking Instead of Doing

This is not for you if you're more about developing concepts than taking actual steps, even if they're uncomfortable. The learning comes via the doing and reflecting together on the times you stumble and the times you nail it.

Not Currently In the Work

If you’re not currently coaching or seeing clients in some form (paid or not), this is not for you. This is for people already doing the work, ready to do it at full capacity – or who've coached professionally before and want to get back on the horse.

Is This Your Year?

✅  You're coaching clients now, or you've done it before, and you're ready to build it back up  for real this time.

✅  You're ready to build something reliable, not chase another tactic.

✅  You're ready to invest at a level that matches what you're building.

If that's true, here's the investment:

€10,000 to €12,000, depending on the container shape we build together. Most coaches recoup this within the first two or three enrollments. The rest of the year is pure upside.

This isn’t a page with a checkout button, and that’s on purpose. Before we work together, I want to actually talk to you  hear what you’re building, where you’re feeling stuck, and whether this is genuinely the right fit for both of us.

Book a Clarity Call

One hour to start. No pitch, no pressure – ever. I don't usually decide on the first call, and I don't expect you to either. Some conversations need a second look before we both know. If it's clearly not a fit, I'll tell you right away.

About Me

I'm a Transformative Life & Business Coach with no fixed niche – over fifteen years building a full client base one real relationship at a time, in spaces that don't come with a built-in audience already looking to buy. I've also coached other coaches for much of that time, learning from mentors like Michael Neill, Aila Coats, and Sam Wilde.

For the last decade-plus, I've lived inside the Three Principles understanding – not just teaching it to clients across Europe, but through projects I run alongside my coaching practice, working with Three Principles teachers and community leaders across Uganda and Kenya, including time in orphanages and refugee camps. It's changed how I think about resilience more than almost anything else I've done.

I can still face a personal crisis in the same year I coach someone through building their practice, and I have absolutely burned a Sunday down to reorganizing a kitchen drawer instead of doing the thing I’d planned. I'm not interested in performing "coach" for you. I'm interested in creating something real, with you, for the next year of your life.
