This morning I woke up to a note from a friend asking me to make a video about my experience of waking up to thought. Waking up to thought has completely changed my experience of life as a human being und dramatically reduced my feelings of stress, fear and anxiousness. So I was very happy to oblige and hope that you too will see something deeper about the nature of thought and the role it plays in your life.
