A workshop focussing on the core four areas of your business:
Our work kicks off with a VIRTUAL STRATEGIC HALF-DAY, during which time we’ll get to know each other better, as well as talk about your business, where you are now and what you want to create and experience in your business moving forward. Starting on our half-day, we’ll begin to assess and solidify the foundation in the CORE FOUR areas of your business:
- Your ideal clients and positioning
- Your business model and your principle offer/s and pricing
- Your visibility and marketing strategy
- Your key relationship and sales process
This initial work together allows your mind to relax, forms our jumping off point and the place from which your "Wisdom Inside" journey begins.

Four milestones on your way to realizing your „Wisdom Inside“:
As you move into independent action over a FOUR WEEK PERIOD, beginning with the key activities we identified on our half-day, you’ll be observing the unfolding and your thinking and starting to activate your inner business GPS.
Our next important milestone is the 3 DAY RETREAT, during which we’ll explore the deeper intelligence behind life, the creative force of thought as well as the power of awareness. In my experience, you’ll leave feeling much lighter and with more peace of mind. From here your spark ignites naturally.
In the following four months, we’ll be MEETING ONLINE IN 1:1 ONCE A MONTH FOR 90 MINUTES. In our calls, we’ll be discussing your business progress and sharpening your marketing skills. We’ll also be deepening your understanding of the human mind and exploring the wisdom unfolding from within.
During our work together, you’ll have access to 9 GROUNDING CLASSES, which have been recorded in advance for your listening convenience. These audios have been created to support you in realizing the "Wisdom Inside" of you and ensuring your continuing effortless success, long after our coaching has ended.
Why did I create "Wisdom Inside"?
Hi, I'm Shailia Stephens and here's what I’ve seen in 25 years ...
In the 25 years I’ve worked in business and marketing – 15 years as a communication strategist for global brands and 10 years in my own online business as a coach for experts and solopreneurs – I’ve seen this ...
Those who are solely focused on effort, productivity, sales outcomes and financial returns, develop their entire business based on chasing the next big goal. Often, they work long and hard, and at some point they have success.
However, for many, their business turns into an endless, self-created hamster wheel of “doing X in order to get Y”. And although they are recognized as successful outside in the world, they are suffering – more or less silently – on the inside.
People who are suffering are also usually coping ... by thinking too much, working too much, drinking too much, sleeping too much, spending endless hours online or whatever their personal poison. These are things I’ve experienced myself.
My way out came via a simple understanding of life called „The Three Principles“, also known as the „Inside-Out Understanding“. I’ve immersed myself in this understanding for five years, including certification as an Advanced Transformative Coach. And I’ve developed a deeper feeling for creating my life and business from the inside-out.
