Last night, we were all up at 1 am – again. Our little Dalmatian has had some stomach issues for the last several days.

To his and our dismay, he didn’t make it to the door to be let out … and the proof in the pudding was all over the hallway floor.

As I sat there with paper towels and disinfectant, cleaned up the mess, and pondered which doctor to consult for help, I could tell my husband had 'dropped.'

It was late, and he was tired and had a hectic week at work. So it was surprising, but not surprising, when the man who is usually so loving to me and the dogs turned into a poo-poo, too. 💩

I won’t go into much detail, but annoyance was involved. Critical comments and impossible demands were made, including reprimanding the dog for something he couldn’t control.

Gestern Nacht waren wir alle WIEDER um 1 Uhr wach. Unser kleiner Dalmatiner hatte in den letzten Tagen Magenprobleme.

Zu seiner und unserer Bestürzung hat er es WIEDER nicht zur Tür geschafft, um rausgelassen zu werden ... und der Beweis lag überall auf dem Flur.

Während ich dort saß, mit Küchenpapier und Desinfektionsmittel den Schaden beseitigte und darüber nachdachte, welchen Arzt ich um Rat fragen sollte, konnte ich erkennen, dass mein Mann 'gedroppt' war.

Es war spät und er war müde, er hatte eine hektische Arbeitswoche hinter sich. Also war es überraschend, aber auch nicht überraschend, als der Mann, der sonst so liebevoll zu mir und den Hunden ist, auch zu einem 'Kacki' wurde. 💩

Ich möchte nicht ins Detail gehen, aber lassen wir es so stehen, dass Ärger im Spiel war. Kritische Kommentare und unmögliche Forderungen wurden gestellt, einschließlich einer Rüge für den Hund, für etwas, das er nicht kontrollieren konnte.
